The table below sets out the pricing of your Photography Course and Workshops for 2013. Prices include:
- Dinner (with wine), bed, breakfast and lunch for the duration of your Course or Workshop;
- Transportation to and from on-location photo-shoots;
- Occasional use/trial of our stock of digital cameras, lenses and lighting equipment;
- Five A4 prints of your best work and a DVD of all your Course/Workshop images;
- On-site Wi-Fi;
- Local taxes;
- Use of the Studio, grounds and swimming pool;
- Collection and return to Angoulême railway station; and
- A 15% discount off any future Studio Lavalette Courses or Workshops you attend – we want to see you again!
Prices do NOT include:
- your transportation costs from your home to Studio Lavalette and vice-versa. As noted above, if you’re coming by train into Angoulême, we will collect you from there and return you, at no cost; and
- your own health, cancellation, delay, travel, photo equipment and clothes insurance.

We require a refundable deposit of 25% when you make a booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable 4 (four) weeks before the start of your Course or Workshop. The balance of 75% is due 4 weeks before the start of your Course or Workshop and we will email you an invoice at that time - see Booking for more details.

If you want to Cancel your Booking
You may cancel a Booking at any time up to 4 weeks before the start of your Course or Workshop and your deposit will be refunded in full. However, as noted above, after that 4-week deadline the balance of your Course fee is payable in full and your deposit becomes non-refundable.
If we have to Cancel a Course or Workshop
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a Course or Workshop, we will let you know as soon as possible and contact you to arrange for another convenient date. If no alternative dates can be fixed, we undertake to refund you, in full, any monies you have paid to us and us alone.
